テキスト：【展示について】
　尾道市絵のまち商店街に位置するGallery Cafe ULTRAにて、同市を拠点に活動する若 手アーティストの二人がキュレーションする企画展。刻一刻と情報が更新される現代、周囲の環境は常に目まぐるしく変化しています。その中で、人々もまた情報の速度に順応し、膨大な情報を取捨選択し、環境の変化に適応します。そして、世界全体も、日々生まれては消える情報の量と速度に呑まれるように、かつてない時代に突入しようとしています。しかし、次々と情報を摂取し続けることだけが、選択ではありません。時には立ち止まり、目の前の物事をゆっくりと眺める必要があります。たとえば、海のことを考えたり、手紙を書いたりすること、そして、小さな物の質感に注意を向けてみること。あるいは、普段訪れない場所で普段目にしないものを見ること。展示空間とアーティストの作品は、観る人に、日常とは別種の時間と情報を共有するでしょう。

　A show curated by two young artists based in Onomichi City at Gallery Cafe ULTRA, located in the shopping district of Onomichi city. In the present age when information is updated every moment, the surrounding environment is constantly changing rapidly. In it, people also adapt to the speed of information, select vast amounts of information, and adapt to changes in the environment.And the whole world is about to enter an unprecedented era so that it can be swallowed by the amount and speed of information that is born and disappears every day. However, continuing to ingest information one after another is not the only choice. Sometimes you need to stop and take a leisurely look at the things in front of you.For example, thinking about the sea, writing letters, and paying attention to the texture of small objects. Or, see something you don't usually see in places you don't usually visit. The space and the artist's work will share a different kind of time and information with the viewer.
